If you're anything like me and are in the social media world nonstop, taking a step back is a must in order to keep showing up strong. It's called #SocialMediaSelfCare, and we've got a few helpful tips on how to do it.

The biggest step is knowing your boundaries, blocking negative people, and making structured time to put it all away and unplug.
